What did you like the least about the class?

The lectures were just a basic intro to Python, and overall a bit boring.

What did you like the most about the class?

The project’s were fun, mainly because I was in a good group that worked together well.

What’s the most significant thing you learned?

React and the related technologies that are required for the IDB project. Frontend dev was helpful, but it was a lot of learning and struggling with frameworks.

How many hours a week did you spend coding/debugging/testing for this class?

About 10 hours a week.

How many hours a week did you spend reading/studying for this class?

Not much at all, most of the time I spent was just making the cheat sheets for the exams.

How many lines of code do you think you wrote?

Looking at the git log, seems to be about 8611 lines.

What required tool did you not know and now find very useful?

Grammarly.

What’s the most useful web dev tool that your group used that was not required?

NextJS.

If you could change one thing about the course, what would it be?

D3 was very annoying to get working in phase 4 of the IDB project, and shouldn’t be required since the recommended version is incompatible with React.
